Atlanta United found early success upon joining Major League Soccer and now its academy is starting to bear fruit. With players such as Caleb Wiley climbing to the first team and eventually going to one of the biggest clubs in the world, many fans believe Atlanta United’s Academy is on the right track.

Fresh Take Georgia reporter Henry Higuita talked to Director of Methodology Javier Pérez and U-16 Head Coach William Bates to learn more about how the academy works and helps players develop.
